Fitness Class Schedule:

Please register for classes in advance through the ZenPlanner App! 

Group fitness classes start on time- we encourage you to come early to mobilize and prime your body for working out. Members often have specific mobility they have been given to help them with their individual needs above and beyond the general mobility we do. If you are dropping in we need some time to get you into our system and to sign our waiver.

We love to have visitors! Drop-ins are welcomed but please make sure you have experience with functional fitness, Olympic Lifting, or the sport that begins with a “C” whose name cannot be mentioned. Otherwise, we encourage you to come for our Intro Class. Please email to set up your intro class.
